Take your grilling game to the next level with this dynamite 4-pack! TIP: Uses these as rubs and not marinades! Rub directly onto the protein and let sit at room temperature before grilling.
BAYOU BLACKENED - A combo of paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, black pepper, cayenne, basil and oregano, this blend is perfect on all proteins and is a best-seller for fish as well! Try it on salmon, swordfish, or to make some shrimp tacos! Not a fan of too much heat? No worries, it's just a little bit as an “end note.”
BURGER AND STEAK - Sea salt, oregano, paprika, cumin, onion, garlic, and black pepper make up this richly flavored seasoned steak rub? But wait, this isn't just for steaks, this Seasoning is FABULOUS on all cuts of meats and chops! This is NOT a Montreal type steak seasoning, for that, I would use my Original House combined with your favorite herbs.
ORIGINAL HOUSE - A combo of sea salt, garlic, and pepper, this blend will make you do a happy dance. Great on all proteins, vegetables, and even popcorn, this is truly your EVERYTHING seasoning. (And the first created by Christy in 1999 in Culinary School.)
TASTE OF ARIZONA - A combo of sea salt, garlic, black pepper, cilantro, coriander, cumin, paprika and cayenne, this particular blend is currently my most popular! What can you use it on? It's more like what can't you use it on?! Great on all proteins and vegetables, as a taco and fajita seasoning, we also love to combine it with some plain greek yogurt to create an outstanding dipping sauce!

A note about "clumping"...there are a few spices that naturally have a higher moisture content than other...(all chile peppers and sea salt). This higher moisture content can lead to clumping, and mass-produced spice companies use "non-caking agents" such as calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate calcium silicate, and silicon dioxide, and are not required to put that on their ingredient label. I DO NOT use these in my spices. That being said, you may see clumps or hardening in a few of my blends that contain chili powder and sea salt, rest assured that they are totally ok and still taste delicious. If clumping or caking occurs, just simply break apart with a knife, fork, or your hands.
Be sure to store your Handcrafted Seasoning Blends in a cool, dry place. In a cupboard is ideal.
