ASIAN GINGER - Garlic, onion, ginger, red pepper flakes and cilantro combine to create this kicky blend that is great for all Asian inspired dishes such as stir fry or pad thai! Perfect for all proteins and veggies, there is some heat to this blend, not like that of a habanero or jalapeno, but the heat that naturally occurs with ginger.
ITALIAN - A combo of basil, garlic powder, marjoram, oregano, thyme and rosemary, this blend is great for any and all Italian dishes! Although it may seem similar to what you can find in any grocery store, I promise you will find this to be above and beyond! Pizza lover? Sprinkle this directly on freshly baked pizza with some grated parmesan!
MEDITERRANEAN - A unique combo of cinnamon, coriander, rosemary, nutmeg, garlic and basil, this underdog is truly a hero! With a bit of an "earthy" flavor, my customers love this on root vegetables, beef, and bison. Once you try it, you will keep coming back for more, I promise!
TASTE OF ARIZONA - A combo of sea salt, garlic, black pepper, cilantro, coriander, cumin, paprika and cayenne, this particular blend is currently my most popular! What can you use it on? It's more like what can't you use it on?! Great on all proteins and vegetables, as a taco and fajita seasoning, we also love to combine it with some plain greek yogurt to create an outstanding dipping sauce!

A note about "clumping"...there are a few spices that naturally have a higher moisture content than other...(all chile peppers and sea salt). This higher moisture content can lead to clumping, and mass-produced spice companies use "non-caking agents" such as calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate calcium silicate, and silicon dioxide, and are not required to put that on their ingredient label. I DO NOT use these in my spices. That being said, you may see clumps or hardening in a few of my blends that contain chili powder and sea salt, rest assured that they are totally ok and still taste delicious. If clumping or caking occurs, just simply break apart with a knife, fork, or your hands.
Be sure to store your Handcrafted Seasoning Blends in a cool, dry place. In a cupboard is ideal.
