A note about "clumping"...there are a few spices that naturally have a higher moisture content than other...(all chile peppers and sea salt). This higher moisture content can lead to clumping, and mass-produced spice companies use "non-caking agents" such as calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate calcium silicate, and silicon dioxide, and are not required to put that on their ingredient label. I DO NOT use these in my spices. That being said, you may see clumps or hardening in a few of my blends that contain chili powder and sea salt, rest assured that they are totally ok and still taste delicious. If clumping or caking occurs, just simply break apart with a knife, fork, or your hands.
Be sure to store your Handcrafted Seasoning Blends in a cool, dry place. In a cupboard is ideal.
Sprinkle it on my almond snack. Mix into avocados! Sprinkle on deviled eggs.
Hands down….my favorite! This seasoning blend is delicious on EVERYTHING--Meats, chicken, pork and veggies!!! One of my favorite things to use it on in the summer is Corn on the Cob and watermelon! Trust me… once you taste it you will be obsessed too!
This is fantastic! I keep multiple bottles of this in stock! If you like seafood- this is a MUST! Pan fry Chilean Steelhead or any fish coated in this seasoning with a little lemon or lime juice squirted over for about 4 minutes each side and you will be in heaven. Add a pat of butter on top while the bottom is cooking and you’ll have the best dinner ever in no time. We also love to make Chile lime pepper and onion rings with this seasoning mixed into the breading! Hey, we’ve even rimmed our bloody Mary’s with this mixed in to bacon salt!! This is a MUST!
I cannot "do spicy" so this is perfect for a little kick and pep in your food. I use this on steak and sprinkly on frozen french fries!
By far one of my most favorite spices! I use it on everything--veggies, meats, avocado toast and more!
