Some of my favorite creations happen because someone throws down the gauntlet.
Back in 2017 a local craft mixer company, Chaco Flaco, came to me with one simple request: “We need a chile lime seasoning that blows Tajín® out of the water.”
Challenge accepted.
We got together, created a blend, and absolutely nailed it. They loved it immediately and began using it to demo their drink mixers at events and Costco roadshows. Before long, people weren't just asking about the mixers—they were asking where they could buy the seasoning.
