This seasoning was created for my dad. I wanted to make him a blend packed with the flavors he loved - plenty of ginger and garlic, savory onion, fresh cilantro, and just enough red pepper flakes to give it a little personality.

The result was Asian Ginger: a simple, bold, salt-free blend that makes it easy to build big flavor without reaching for a bottled sauce or seasoning packet. Because there is no added salt, you stay in control and can season the rest of the dish exactly the way you like it.

Meet the Flavors

Garlic adds bold savory depth.

Onion creates a rich, slightly sweet foundation.

Ginger brings warm, bright, aromatic flavor.

Cilantro adds a fresh herbal note.

Red Pepper Flakes provide a gentle kick of heat.

What Does It Taste Like?

Savory, aromatic, gingery, garlicky, and slightly spicy. The ginger gives it brightness, garlic and onion provide depth, cilantro keeps it fresh, and red pepper flakes add warmth without taking over the dish.

Chef Christy's Favorite

One of my favorite ways to use Asian Ginger is on chicken or shrimp with fresh vegetables, then finish the dish with a splash of soy sauce or coconut aminos. It also makes an incredibly easy seasoning for salmon, rice bowls, and quick weeknight stir-fries.

Pair It With...

Original House for an extra savory foundation.

SoCal Cilantro Lime when you want a bright citrus-herb finish.

Spicy House when you want to turn up the heat.

Use Asian Ginger as your flavor base, then add salt, soy sauce, coconut aminos, or another salty ingredient to taste.
